Our team

POLENG is made up of both scientists and practical specialists. The company’s founder is Dr Krzysztof Jassem, a professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, who in 1997 began the first research on automatic translation in Poland. Two years after his company’s founding, in 2003, it joined forces with PWN Scientific Publishers, a Polish publishing house with a 65-year tradition.
